Article L422-33

Le fonctionnaire territorial qui bénéficie d'une des actions de formation mentionnées aux 1°, 2°, 3° et 6° de l'article L. 422-21 est maintenu en position d'activité, sauf s'il est détaché auprès d'un organisme dispensateur de formation.
