Article R321-15

La limite d'âge applicable aux fonctions de président du conseil d'administration est fixée à soixante-huit ans. Cette limite d'âge ne fait toutefois pas obstacle à ce qu'un président élu ou réélu avant cet âge aille au terme de son mandat.
