Article 432-5

Le montant de l'aide ne peut excéder 30 000 € lorsqu'elle est attribuée au titre du 1° de l'article 432-1. Son montant est forfaitairement fixé à 2 000 € lorsqu'elle est attribuée au titre du 2° du même article.
